We conduct research on education markets in order to identify key areas for future growth. We follow a disciplined investment approach in commencing and finalising transactions.

We work closely with our clients in order to identify the ideal partner for their education growth strategy. Once a potential buyer or seller is identified, we sign confidentiality agreements, share an investment presentation opportunity and eventually an indicative offer in order to commence due diligence.

We actively participate in due diligence as well as other aspects of a transaction to assist our clients to final negotiations and closing.
